Establishing a consistent routine for meals, playtime, and cuddles will help your kitten feel safe, secure, and loved. Health & Rehoming Policy We provide a 30-day health guarantee. Any request for a refund must be supported by a written veterinary report. In the event of a return, a 10% return fee will apply to cover care and administrative costs. Important Reassurance For Persians and Exotic Shorthairs, tear staining is anatomical, not neglect. With consistent care, staining can be well controlled, though not completely eliminated.
